UWO: Intermediate Training School Guide

Today’s class will be about Intermediate Voyager Training School.

The large range of jobs in UWO can be categorized into three parts; “adventure”, “trade”, and “battle”.
Each job categories each include a wide variety of jobs.

The Elementary Voyager Training School was about basic game configuration.
In Intermediate class you will learn what jobs are available to you for your first job transfer.
All your questions regarding job choice will be cleared once you’re done!

With no further a due let’s go through where the Intermediate Voyager Training School is,
learn about its curriculum, and how to complete it successfully.


1. Where are the Intermediate Voyager Training School

There is a school each situated in “Ceuta”, “Groningen”, and “Siracusa”. You can choose to attend school in whichever city you like.

 “Ceuta” is located West of Europe.

“Groningen”, on the other hand, is located in Northern Europe.

 “Siracusa” is placed in Eastern Europe.

2. Intermediate Voyager Training School Curriculum!

The following contents can be learned at the Intermediate Voyager Training School Curriculum.

- How to accept a request from the Mediator
- Natural disasters at sea and how to handle them
- Skills needed to make a discovery and how to improve them
- How to use trade skills
- How to produce items using materials
- How to use bombardment skills in sea combat
- How to fight Melee battle and gunfires in sea battle
- Learn about ships and Shipbuildings
- How to communicate with other voyagers
- Favored skills/Expert skills depending on job
- How to switch jobs to adventurer/merchant/soldier
- Exams following each course to mark completion

Before we get started take a look at the flow chart below.
It will give you an idea of what the big picture looks like.

Intermediate course quests can be completed by simply initiating a conversation with
an NPC just the well as the beginner course.
 
But keep in mind the exam after each class can be a bit harder than you think.
The assignment given in each category is as follows.



※ In the last class for Adventure and Trade users are requested to select one quest
     from a multiple selection.

If you graduate Intermediate Voyager Training School you will be given a port permit that
allows you to stop over at any city in the Europe region.
You will also receive a weapon from each of the instructors as a graduation gift.
Cannot add the port permit you are possessing

3. Useful miscellaneous information about the prep school!

1. There are times when the character’s level, certain skill ranks, or having a certain skill itself determine the outcome of the class.  UWO has a wide spectrum of skills so take a look at the following information carefully.

2. We will teach you what jobs are available for the first job transfer.
The first job transfer can be arranged once you show the guild master your guild card..

> Adventurer's Guild Card
: Explorer, Excavator, Surveyor, Biologist, Fisher, Helmsperson

 > Merchant's Guild Card
: Accountant, Chandler, Foods Dealer, Yarn Dealer, Mineral Trader, Medicine Trader,
  Animal Trader

 > Maritime Guild Card
: Mercenary, Jr. Officer, Bodyguard, Brigand

There are “Favored Skills” and “Expert Skills” for each job as seen below.

“Favored Skills” and “Expert Skills” improve in their ranks more rapidly than other skills.
You will also have the advantage of higher skill limits.
Ex) For example the usual survey skill limit is rank 10.
But if this skill is your Favored/ Expert Skill you will be able to push the rank up to 15 to 16.
