Discovery
Below is the outline of the discovery process.
1. Acquire a discovery quest or get a map from the library.
2. Go to the location marked on the map or quest, then use the skills listed below.
3. Use ‘Recognition’ for ancient ruins, ‘Search’ for treasure, and ‘Encological Study’ for creatures.
Discovering Ancient Ruins
1. Go to the location marked on the map or quest. Enemies on the ground will iniatiate an attack if your ship stays within range for a period of time. There is no regional information besides the secured area on land. Be prepared for the unexpected.
2. After landing look for the target based on the quest information.
Using the observe skill will put you on the path to the target.
*You may find a path that starts at the landing point. Click on the boulders or trees to search for a path.
3. Upon arrival at the ancient ruin use 'Observe' skill to determine the target's exact location.
4. Use skill 'Recognition' at the goal point to complete discovery!
Treasure Discovery
1. Go to the location marked in the map or quest. The location can be anywhere in the map from cities to inland.
2. Locate the treasure based on the quest information. Using 'Observe' skill will guide you to the approximate location.
3. Use 'Search' skill where the treasure is hidden to complete the quest!
Ecological Study
1. Go to the location marked on the map or quest.
2. Check the direction of the target item with "Observe" skill.
3. Use "Ecological Study" skill at the target location to complete the quest.
