2. used to describe someone or something super sexy.
     -its a cuter way of saying sexy.
3. a term for someone who is more than just sexy.
4. a term (most commonly used by tweens and teens) to describe something uber-cute and sexy. Often used in a "flirty" or "girly" fashion.

ie:
"He is absolutely smexy!"
"What a smexy lady!"
"Woot, look at that babe, she's so smexy!"
